• Perpetual license issued by the Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Internal Affairs for the conduct of all types of safeguarding activity including that in the course of transportation (in accordance with the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No.85-11 “On Safeguarding Activity” dated October 19, 2000).
• License issued by the Nuclear Power Industry Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for the activity connected with physical protection of nuclear material and plants (as per the provisions of the Regulations on licensing of activity connected with the use of nuclear power approved by the RK Government’s Decree No.100 dated February 12, 1998 and the RK law “On licensing”, safeguarding of physical safety and nuclear power using facilities is subject to licensing);
