Kazatomprom-SaUran LLP held an annual training and training event to eliminate terrorists (conditionally) who attacked the personnel of the repair and installation site (RMU).

The exercises took place on the territory of the "Kanzhugan" deposit. Employees of the rescue and emergency team SAB LLP Kazatomprom-SaUran, RMU, Kutkarushy LLP, Korgan-Kazatomprom LLP of the Taukent-Korgan-Kazatomprom branch, the Medical-sanitary part of the Sozak district, the Sozak RD of the DKNB in ​​the South Kazakhstan region took part in the event, Sozak ROVD of the Department of Internal Affairs.

Under the scenario, when attacking the object of the RMU Kazatomprom-SaUran LLP, the terrorists seized the hostage, and demanded to provide vehicles for traveling to the city of Shymkent. The report on the emergency situation came from the post No. 6 of Korgan-Kazatomprom LLP. The security service promptly informed the first manager of the enterprise and all interested services. Employees of LLP "Korgan-Kazatomprom" jointly with the police organized the liquidation of terrorists. During the operation to free the hostage, a fire near the warehouse of the finished products of the RMU occurred. The fire was extinguished, the hostage was provided with medical assistance, the dosimetrists conducted a radiation survey of the territory of possible radioactive contamination.

The commission found that the participants in the training alarm showed themselves as an organized, efficient and well-coordinated team. In order to achieve the best results of the training activities, it was noted the importance of timely, high-quality notification and involvement of other heads of service structures and special services of the Sozak District of the SKO.
