Objectives and Strategy

Strategic plans of the Partnership are made in strict compliance with the Kazatomprom NNC JSC safety strategy.  Correspondingly, quality of safeguarding services shall be at the level of the international standards applicable to the nuclear industry complex and shall meet not only the requirements of the national legislation but also the requirements and standards of the International organizations such as IAEA.

Strategy of the Partnership is focused on forecasting, aforehand identification of dangers and threats, purposeful study of economic and crime situation both inside and outside the Company’s enterprises.

Strategic objectives are achieved by the Company in the following way:

1.  Arranging of a multi-level system for safeguarding control;

2.  Safeguarding activity process optimization for the purpose of prevention of illegal actions at the safeguarded facility;

3.  Equipping with weapons and special-purpose devices;

4.  Implementation of the modern communication means and engineering and technical safeguarding means;

5.  Arranging for an efficient system of guards advance training.
